I got this award from Community Bookstop, thank you very much :) it means a lot to me - getting such a nice award after I barely started my blog. The criteria in accepting this, is to list 5 random things about myself and pass this award onto 5 other bloggers!!! The 5 things are:
- I am a weirdo
- my favourite colour is turquoise blue
- I own a dog and a snail (temporarily)
- I love buying shoes
- my favourite part of day is evening.
Now I would like to pass this award onto:
- Addicted to Books for her elegant blog layout, awesome reviews and pictures
- Distracting from the Now for her epic battle for translating "Gesta Francorum" into English
- Reading in Colour for incredibly colourful and mind-broadening reviews
- The Bluestocking Guide for mind-broadening reviews as well
- Terribletwosomeplustwo for beautiful theme bokeh ;).

Congratulations! And thank you for passing the award on - I take it I have to do the same? (list 5 random things about myself and nominate 5 others)
ReplyDeleteYes, if you accept the award you have to do the same.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the award. It did feel epic at times.
ReplyDeleteI didn't know you had a snail. How unusual. Does the snail have a name?
Hooray! Thank you :) I am also a weirdo and a nightowl.
ReplyDeleteThe Red Witch: my snail has been nameless so far but only because I do not intend to keep it very long - I give the poor thing a snack or two and then let it go. I don't have a garden to keep snails pernamently.
ReplyDeleteMissAttitude: I am very glad I could show my appreciation for your splendid blog in this humble way. Continue the good work no matter what fruit name/cookie name people call you.
Lol what do you do with a snail. Thanks for the award.
ReplyDeleteThe snail just sits in a glass container full of cabbage and lettuce on my computer desk reminding me that sometimes slower is better. Sometimes it goes for a walk and ends up in unexpected places. Sometimes I play with it letting it wander on my hand. Peaceful creature, very silent ;).
ReplyDeleteAt least you can always track a snail's movements from the silvery trail in leaves behind, it won't get lost for long when it wanders.
ReplyDeleteI take it it's only the snail that's temporary, not the dog?
Lol, no, the dog is as permanent as any member of my family. Till death do us part.
