Is this your photo? I see anthracnose exists even where you live. I like the three bands of color in the background contrasting sharply with the orange of the leaf. Seedheads are interesting to look at too. I leave the ones on my plants out all winter because I love the way they look sticking out of the snow.
I'm glad we got our chimney swept today - the temperatures we've been having recently, we'll need a fire in the evenings - oh well, it is nearly October.

No the photo is not mine but it really depicts well the weather outside. Very autumnal, I do agree!
